2. Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for the activity on your account. Provide accurate information, including a valid phone number and email, so we can support you and confirm payments.
3. Payments & access
Subscriptions are billed for the duration you choose (1, 6 or 12 months). Access is granted once payment is confirmed. Prices are shown in EGP for accounts in Egypt and USD elsewhere; card payments are processed in EGP.
4. Refunds
All purchases are final and non-refundable. Our products give immediate access to digital study material, so we do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed. Don't misuse the platform, attempt to access other users' data, or share paid content. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Medical Disclaimer
USMLE Pulse is exam-preparation material. It is not medical advice, and it is not a clinical reference.
Our study plans, Pulse Notes, question bank and chapter indexes exist to help you pass a licensing examination. They are written for that purpose and no other. Examination material is simplified, weighted towards what is commonly tested, and can lag behind current practice, all of which is appropriate for revision and inappropriate for treating anyone.
Do not use this material to make clinical decisions
Nothing on USMLE Pulse is a substitute for your own clinical judgement, your institution's protocols, current guidelines, a drug's own prescribing information, or the supervision of a qualified clinician. Do not use it to diagnose, to select or dose a medicine, or to guide the care of any real patient.
We do not verify medical accuracy for clinical use
We check our material against examination sources, not against clinical practice. We do not warrant that any statement here is accurate, complete or current for any clinical purpose, and we accept no liability for any decision taken in reliance on it.
If you think something is wrong
Tell us. Use the Feedback page or Contact, a person reads both, and corrections to study material are one of the reasons that page exists.
This is not medical care
USMLE Pulse does not provide medical care and no relationship of clinician and patient is created by using it. If you have a medical concern about yourself or anyone else, speak to a qualified clinician. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
Privacy Policy
The privacy policy now has a page of its own. It covers what we collect, every company that receives any of it, how long we keep it, and how to get a copy or have it all deleted.
