We want you to feel confident in your purchase. This policy explains when refunds apply across our notes, study plans and mentorship. By completing a purchase you agree to the terms below.
Digital products (Pulse Notes & Study Plans)
Because notes and study plans are delivered digitally and accessed immediately, they are generally non-refundable once access has been granted. Before you buy, we encourage you to review the free sample chapter and plan overview so you know exactly what you're getting.
If you were charged in error, received duplicate charges, or never received access to a product you paid for, contact us and we'll make it right.
Mentorship
Mentorship is a recurring service. You may cancel at any time to stop future billing; cancelling takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then. Past billing periods that have already been delivered are non-refundable.
If something went wrong with a scheduled session, reach out โ we'll reschedule or credit it.
How to request help
Email usmlepulse@gmail.com from the address on your account, with your order details and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within a few business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or payment provider โ most issues are resolved faster directly with us.
