How to use Pulse Notes
Pulse Notes are made to work with First Aid and UWorld, not instead of them.
For the best results, read a Pulse Note right after its First Aid section while it’s still fresh.

Read the First Aid section
Start by reading the topic in First Aid to build your foundation.

Open its Pulse Note
Read the corresponding Pulse Note immediately, while the topic is still fresh in your mind.

Move to the next topic
Then continue with the next topic using the same flow.
Don’t save the notes for the end of the day.
Pulse Notes work by closing the gaps while the topic is still in your head.
